Unique and Delicious As noted by most reviewers, Honey is a small plate restaurant that thrives year after year by presenting truly original combinations of tastes and utterly original recipes. Check out the menu online to understand the daring flights of fancy by this accomplished chef. The restaurant is invitingly friendly, not stuffy in the least, and offers a full bar and craft brews. Wait staff enjoy describing the plates and the chef typically decides in what order to send your menu selections out. Always inventive, the menu includes a number of standards (like the spare ribs) that have been offered for years and a variety of changing items that ensure each visit will offer new delights. Children are seldom found at Honey, the lighting is low, and the tables are usually filled. Reserve ahead and enjoy!

Best Kept Secret in Doylestown We have lived in Doylestown, Bucks County, PA for years and we dine out often but always forget about Honey. We went there several years ago and loved it.. Well, we went the other night and loved it all over again. Wonderful "small plates", great service, wonderful atmosphere, lots of pride shown by the staff. We will be back again and again.

upscale decor, classy service, eclectic food I have eaten at this tapas style restaurant several times and have enjoyed the eclectic tastes and textures each time. My favorite dish is probably the grilled spanish octopus with potato and chorizo sausage. I also loved the roasted gulf prawns. The portions on the cheese plate could be a little larger especially when one is sharing. It is my favorite place to dine when I am in town. Chris was our server for the last visit. He was knowledgeable, gracious, and professional.

A fantastic food experience Honey is one of the best restaurants in PA for service and food quality. The small plates concept works perfectly and the wait staff expertly assists with food pairings. Go for their truffle chips, red salad, coffee-glazed ribs, and duck samosa. Even the complementary appetizer of an autumnal soup and herbed popcorn were an unexpected treat to begin our meal. This is a place to go for a leisurely meal with conversation so works well for a group as you share your plates. Think $50 - 60 a person to enjoy this restaurant, but in NYC they would easily charge $100 plus, so the price is fair. Each plate is a work of food art. It is small and intimate --best for adults only. Don't skip dessert.

“Love. Honey.” If you love food. If you love food prepared by a chef who loves food. You will love Honey. The only thing that would have made my dining experience better was if it never ended. Thank you Chef McAtee!

“Always a Treat” Honey is a little spot with a large menu for foodies. Everything they serve is delicious and small plate style. The staff is friendly and can discuss in detail each plate. Cannot wait to visit again! Yummy!

“Not to be missed.” Discovered this gem on a business trip. The service was excellent. The restaurant was comfortable and quiet. When the waiter discovered it was our first visit he brought two complimentary dishes. Each dish was unique and delicious. Perfect for sharing.

“a small gem” Honey is a small, yet fabulous place. The small plates are inventive & different from the norm. You will need to have an open mind & adventurous palate. The chef really does an amazing job of putting together ingredients that are fresh and creative. We dinned there recently with friends & were very pleased with the meal and service. Extremely attentive & knowledgeable about the menu. Reservations are a must!

“Honey is a gem” Excellent quality food; imaginative menu; great service; a gem to say the least. Four of us shared plates Sturgeon Melt , wild boar & escargot skewers , duck samosas and black tea glazed spare ribs with ice cream (interesting idea to pair ice cream with this and it worked. . We were all pleased with the selections and imaginative menu. Definitely we'll be back. My teens would like this menu as they are accustomed to gourmet meals at home, but I wouldn't recommend Honey for younger kids.

“Never disappoints!” I have been to Honey many times as a group and on a date with my boyfriend and we love it so much. The menu is an eclectic mix of foods with interesting toppings and sides that work amazing with each dish. We love the glazed spare ribs with spicy ginger ice cream, addicting!!! The burnt coffee dessert is a must for me every time. Great wine and cocktails. It's a small place with a cool decor and great atmosphere. We will continue to dine at Honey and every friend we bring here ALWAYS comes back. Thank you Chef at Honey you are a genius ! :)
